What is ABS diet POWER 12?
Zinchenko has developed a weight loss plan based on the twelve most important foods that form the basis of the menu. The name of the diet is taken from the first letters of the highlighted products. Good news for those who like to eat well – this system is free from bans! Its creator only recommends preparing meals from selected twelve ingredients.
He put it on a pedestal almonds (Almonds) i inne nuts, beans (Beans) and similar legumes as well spinach (Spinach.) David Zinchenko also included low-fat among the recommended dietary ingredients dairy (Dairy), oatmeal porridge (Instant oatmeal), Yeah yeah (Eggs) i turkey (Turkey) along with other lean meats and fish. According to him, they are also noteworthy peanut butter (Peanut butter), olive oil (Olive oil), whole wheat bread (Whole-meal breads), protein powder from whey (Extra-protein) i raspberries (Rapsberries).
How often?
It is recommended to eat three main meals, which should include two or three products out of the twelve. You cannot forget about snacks – in this case, the author suggests three small meals, including one or two of the best products. To sum up – we eat six meals a day! Once a week, we can allow ourselves to be completely free and eat something not on the list. You don’t need to count calories.
Does it make sense?
In fact, this eating plan is just a normal, healthy diet – just a fictional name. Knowing its name, we will definitely not forget what we should pay attention to when shopping for food, because it is very easy to remember all its ingredients. The undoubted advantage of ABS DIET POWER 12 is also the richness of various nutrients, high fiber content and a significant share of protein. It is also important to exclude highly processed products from the diet – sweets are out of the question! According to the author’s assurances, you can expect a loss of 5,5 kg within two weeks.
