Indeed, the benefits of products are mostly obvious, because nature does not create anything in vain. Every living organism must eat something and a person is no exception. On average, as you know, we can do without water for no more than three days, and without food – about a month. Therefore, in order to survive, we simply have to eat. But don’t just eat. For example, to satisfy your hunger, you can eat five bananas a day, and drink two liters of water – the stomach will thank you for such a diet. What can not be said about the body as a whole – it will express its “phi” and say: “Not enough!”
After all, the benefits of products also lie in the fact that almost each of them contains a certain set of components necessary for human life. The same banana, for example, contains calcium, which is essential for bones. But the body also needs protein, carbohydrates, fats, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and so on.
That is why our diet is so varied. From some products we get the necessary vitamins, from others trace elements, from the third enzymes of joy, stress resistance, sexual activity and other components. But not every person knows about all the useful qualities of products, and our project is designed to help sort out this difficult issue.
But is everything we eat beneficial? Of course not – even a schoolboy knows this. You can and should eat something, something you can’t, but something only in certain quantities. Along with the benefits, there is also such a concept as the harm of products. Basically, it lies in individual intolerance and excessive use of a certain product.
Almost every product can adversely affect the body if it is “abused”, if there are certain diseases or allergies. The harm of products always alternates with benefits. If you cook it wrong, you get poisoned, eat a lot – an excess, eat a little – vitamin deficiency.
