Once we went with a friend to the store for vodka. The occasion was weighty – we were going to celebrate my promotion at work. Here I was faced with a difficult choice of which brand to take. It was decided that we need to take the best, after all, such an event! But even here I ran into difficulties.
Then my friend suggested that I buy the most titled vodka, which is called Purity. I never thought that vodka could receive so many awards, and this brand already has more than 200 of them, and I must say that everything is completely deserved.
After a while, I became interested in what kind of manufacturer this is. And here’s what I found out.

As it turned out, this is a truly unique product of its kind. In simple words, this is the most crystal clear and soft vodka. They make it in the south of Sweden. Interestingly, the production itself is located in the ancient castle of Elling, which has existed since the XNUMXth century.

How this Purity vodka is made
When I found out exactly how this vodka is made, I was very impressed. First of all, this is the use of only organic matter, and more importantly, local.
That is, Swedish wheat and malted barley are taken to make vodka. The local soft mineral water also influences the taste. Raw materials do not undergo any chemical treatments, which is the most important thing for me.
Even more striking is the copper cube of 600 liters, in which the entire cooking process takes place. I want to note that it is not made of stainless steel, as is the case with other manufacturers. Naturally, this also affects the taste.
But the most important stage is distillation, or rather the number of distillations. There are three main types of Purity vodka, which differ in the number of distillations carried out. This is 51, 34 and 17 times. You should not be surprised by just such numbers, although it is interesting why not 20, 30 or 50.
The fact is that 10 years of experiments were spent on the calculation of the ideal variant. The price of a bottle varies from 1000 to 2500 rubles.

Russian brands of vodka also receive awards, although not as prestigious as Purity vodka. All the same, I think that this basically means that the product has a fairly good quality. For example, Stolichnaya vodka.

Of course, our manufacturers are far behind foreign ones. It is difficult to say what it is connected with. I can assume that they take into account the fact that our people are not so solvent. But who forbids the production of premium for export, agree?

As for Purity vodka, then, of course, it deserved all its awards. But this also affects its price. That is, I want to say that it is very expensive.
I assume that there are other brands of vodka, cheaper, that have also received a fair amount of awards. Therefore, I ask you to advise something in between, so that there are rewards and the price is lower.
