A woman who has lost 27 kg helps others to transform

For a year, Marina lost 27 kg, became prettier and opened a beauty salon.

– I have lived with great weight for more than ten years. In her youth she was slim, but after the birth of her first child, she began to gain kilograms. The reason is simple: poor diet. Food has become a stress management tool. The weight grew, I was upset, but I could not imagine that it was possible to get out of this horror.

The turning point was the figure on the scales – 91 kg. It flashed through my head: “Will I really wait for a hundred?” I decided to fight and turned to a nutritionist friend. In addition to her, I had no support, my relatives did not believe that they would be able to cope with the excess weight.

I began to lose weight gradually. At first, I wrote down everything that I ate during the day in a notebook, and my friend checked and gave homework once a week. For example, reduce the amount of sugar, add less sour cream to the salad. The main rule is not to overeat, eat often, but in small portions – 200 g. At first, I had eight meals a day, then the number of meals was reduced to five. I didn’t have to completely exclude any products, I only limited fried, flour, fatty, smoked foods, allowing myself my favorite dishes only on holidays.

The first pounds that were gone gave me wings, and I happily continued to change my lifestyle. In the morning I ate breakfast, then there was lunch, afternoon tea, dinner from simple dishes 3-4 hours before bedtime. Right before going to bed, I could drink kefir or eat fruit. After eating, I stopped drinking tea – this is not recommended, but I ate tangerines with pleasure. The hardest part was getting myself to drink water. She left the bottles at work, in the car, to remember her more often.

The extra 27 kg went away in a year, I reached a weight that suits me – 64 kg. I used to think that such changes are unrealistic. Family and friends were shocked. Having lost weight, I changed my wardrobe and hairstyle, began to take more care of myself. I went to study and created my own business. I used to be a saleswoman, and now I am the owner of a beauty salon, I help other women to transform. The main thing is to set a goal and go towards it with pleasure.

It turned out to be easy to maintain a figure, proper nutrition is already a way of life. I still eat five meals a day in small portions, for lunch I choose either soup or a second. I avoid fat, but I do not give it up at all. I can afford a pie if I want to. My dream is to accustom myself to sports, but so far I have not succeeded. I made a collage of my before and after weight loss photos. I look at him from time to time, it is very motivating.
