Until recently, everyone discussed Bozena Rynska, who decided to become a single mother after her husband passed away. Moreover, she will have a child from her husband, although he is no longer in this world. The socialite admitted that they once tried to do IVF, but all attempts failed. Since then, there has been a frozen embryo, which is now being carried by a surrogate mother. However, Bozena is not alone in her choice. In Britain, a woman gave birth to her second child from her husband, who did not become more than ten years ago.
Angelina and Chris dated for three years before getting married. If the girl knew then how everything would end, they would hardly have delayed the wedding for so long. Together with her husband, they just started dreaming of children. It was planned that there would be at least five of them.
“I was confident that Chris would be the perfect father. He was always so cheerful, so caring, ”Angelina recalls.
But soon after the wedding, all their dreams crumbled to dust. Chris was diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer. Doctors gave him a year, maximum five. But the guy lived only six weeks after he found out about the disease.
After his death, Angelina never married again. But she became a mother – twice.
“It was my choice to become a single mother. Not everyone understood and accepted him. But Chris deserved to become a father, even if he is no longer with me, ”the woman explains.
She got pregnant with IVF. The donor was not needed – for these future attempts, they managed to freeze Chris’s sperm. After all, after chemotherapy, he became infertile. Angelina’s first child was born five years after her husband’s death. The firstborn was named Phoenix – as a symbol of Chris’s resurrection from the ashes.
After another five years, Angelina gave birth to a daughter. The baby was named Oia. And her father was symbolically present at the birth – in the photograph.
“Chris and I chose the names back then … We didn’t believe until the very last moment that he would die. Deciding to give birth without him was not easy. But when I was confirmed that there is a pregnancy, I will be a mother, it was as if a huge load fell from my shoulders, ”says Angelina.
Both babies, of course, remind her of her husband, whom she lost so early. Phoenix tilts his head and looks sideways just like his father, he shakes his hair the same way and he has a fatherly smile. And Iya is just as focused, especially when she takes her first steps.
“She has Chris’s eyes,” Angelina smiles.
By the way, there could be five children, as the spouses planned. For the first time, Angelina became pregnant with twins, but one of the babies died. The second time there was a miscarriage. The third time, history repeated itself – two managed to conceive, but only one survived.
“I gave birth to two children for myself and three for Chris,” Angelina is sure. “I know he’s proud of them. You know, I tried to meet someone else after his death, to go on dates. But all these men were no match for my husband. Therefore, I gave birth to children from the best man on earth. “
