A sip of water for the skin: hyaluroconcentrate Revitalift Filler [+Hyaluronic Acid] by L’Oréal Paris

A clear oval of the face, elastic volume of the skin are the main signs of youth. How to save them? If the elixir of youth existed, one of its ingredients would most certainly be hyaluronic acid. This is the key component of the new addition to the Revitalift line.

What is the new hyaluro-concentrate

Injected into the skin and added to day and night creams, hyaluronic acid has now become a cult ingredient in cosmetics. We are already accustomed to effective concentrated serums in daily skin care, at least in the 40+ category. And now L’Oréal Paris is taking the next step.

The new hyaluro-concentrate is 7 ampoules for a weekly course of super-moisturizing and skin restoration. Each ampoule contains two types of hyaluronic acid (high and low molecular weight) plus vitamin B5 (panthenol) softening and stimulating cell renewal.

Why two types of hyaluronic acid are needed

Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in the human body. Its purpose is to retain moisture, which, as you know, consists of 2/3 of a person – at least while he is young and healthy. Hyaluronic acid works like a sponge, holding on to water molecules; every day it is synthesized and every day it breaks down. Over time, the balance shifts towards decay, its own hyaluronic acid is no longer enough, as a result, the skin loses turgor (moisture and elasticity), and ages.

To replenish the reserves of this natural water keeper, it is necessary to deliver it from outside. But the original hyaluronic acid molecules are very large. Therefore, it is called high molecular weight. Getting on the surface of the skin, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid contributes to the formation of a thin and elastic permeable film. However, to saturate the skin with moisture “from the inside”, smaller molecules are needed – low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. It is a fragmented, fragmented hyaluronic acid molecules that can reach the deeper layers of the epidermis, while their reduced size does not reduce the ability to retain water.

So, each ampoule is a dose of life-giving moisture and protection against wrinkles. An instrumental study showed that after using 7 ampoules, the hydration of the skin of the face in different areas increases from 7 to 16%, and this is a real sip of water for tired skin.

How to use hyaluro-concentrate

Hyaluro-concentrate can be used:

  • in the daily morning or evening beauty routine;

  • a course once a month to maintain skin turgor (starting from the age of 25);

  • as an emergency aid when intense hydration is needed – after sunbathing, in jet lag conditions, in any stressful situations for the skin at any age.
