If you want to lose one third of weight, just make it a habit to eat a pear every day. This advice is given by scientists from America, based on the results of studies in which experts looked for a link between the inclusion of fruits in the diet and the risk of heart disease in humans. Physicians presented a full report on the experiment in the journal Nutrition and Food Science.
It follows from it that in the framework of a special study that lasted ten years, men and women who agreed to take part in the experiment were divided into two groups. Those who entered one were asked to eat a pear a day during the study period, without changing the generally accepted habits – I mean the activity of the volunteers. And the others in the second group did not have to change anything. As a result, after the specified time, participants from the first group lost about a third (35%). The weight of the others remained the same or increased.
How can this be explained? First of all, scientists are sure that the presence of fiber in the pear and the absence of calories. According to them, one fruit contains no more than one hundred calories, 190 milligrams of potassium and ascorbic acid. But cholesterol and salt are absent. Therefore, the inclusion of fruit in the diet allows you to achieve such brilliant results without having to go to the gym and resort to other physical activity. However, doctors say a single pear a day cannot replace a healthy lifestyle. This must be borne in mind when giving preference to the described method of burning fat.
