3. Don’t eat after six.
This is a very common rule, but it cannot be taken seriously. In fact, it is not recommended to eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. This is necessary so that the body rests at night, and does not waste energy on processing food.
4. Carbohydrates should be reduced or eliminated from the diet.
Another myth about the nutrients the body needs. Losing weight believe that it is necessary to exclude from the diet not only fats, but also carbohydrates. It is important to understand that carbohydrates are simple and complex.
