Method of preparation
Crush the cinnamon, pour the mass with alcohol, let stand in a closed container for half a month.
Strain the infusion through a cloth, pour in water, pass through a distillation cube.
Make a classic sweet syrup by boiling sugar and water, let the liquid cool.
Combine the syrup with cinnamon alcohol, place the drink in medium-sized containers.

Dissolve sugar in water, boil until the liquid turns into a thick syrup, let cool.
Pour the syrup into the alcohol infusion, mix well, place the drink in small containers and keep cool for about 1 week.

Ingredients
Green leaf tea – 100 g
Chopped lemon zest – 1 tbsp. l
Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 kg
Star anise – 1 tsp
Alcohol – 1 l
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Water – 0,5 L
Method of preparation
Throw tea and spices into a jar, pour alcohol, close the container.
Allow the liquid to soak for 2 months, then carefully filter.
Grind sugar slightly, soak in water, boil until syrup is obtained.
Pour vanilla into hot liquid, cool, pour into infusion, dissolve.
Distribute the liquor into small bottles, wait 3 days before tasting.
