Someone swears at extortionate mortgage interest, and someone with an unwavering hand signs an agreement to buy a mansion in the heart of England for 21,5 million pounds. Translated into Russian rubles, the amount seems generally inaccessible to understanding – more than 2 billion. Well, who can afford it? Is that Elon Musk, who was recently recognized as the richest man on the planet. But no – the buyer of Windsor Park Hall in Surrey turned out to be our compatriot, a simple Russian billionaire.
The estate, which spans nearly three hectares of land, is just 15 minutes’ drive from Windsor Castle. The four-story mansion itself, built in the neoclassical style, does not amaze with luxury from the outside. True, there is a helipad and a tennis court on the territory, as well as a garden for leisurely walks, which in itself is suggestive. But do not forget that this is an aristocratic area, so all the chic is inside.
In the house with an area of almost three thousand square meters there is so much: its own cinema, bowling, billiard room, swimming pool, ballroom, gym with sauna and steam room. There is even a separate room where they keep clothes and shoes for walking, from which you can go directly to the courtyard.
