A quick dinner: a festive table. Video recipe

A holiday is a pleasant event, but very troublesome. Usually housewives plan in advance what to cook, buy food and spend long hours at the stove. But there are situations when you have to receive guests in an emergency mode. There are many original quick recipes that take very little time to prepare.

You can quickly prepare a salmon cocktail salad as a festive snack that has a spicy and original taste. It will require: – 400 g of lightly salted salmon; – 7 tbsp pickled mushrooms; – 2 oranges; – 1 apple; – 1 tomato; – 2-3 fresh cucumbers; – lettuce leaves; – greens; – mayonnaise.

Slice the fish into thin ribbons and cut the pickled mushrooms in half. Peel the oranges, free them from the white films and cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the apple into halves, remove the core and also cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumbers and cut into strips.

Cover the ice-cream bowls, portioned bowls or tall glasses with lettuce leaves, on which put cucumbers and fish, then oranges and apples. Top the cocktail salad with mayonnaise and garnish with herbs. On the edge of the dish with the salad, put the tomato cut into slices.

Risotto with mushrooms and cheese

Risotto with mushrooms and cheese (pictured) can be served as the main course for a delicious quick dinner. To prepare it, you need to take: – 200 g of rice; – 250 g of mushrooms (assorted is better); – 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese; – 1 clove of garlic; – 60 ml of white wine; – 300 ml of vegetable, mushroom or chicken broth (you can from a cube); – 50 ml of cream; – 1 tbsp. butter; – 1-2 tbsp. olive oil; – green onions; – ground black pepper; – salt.

To make risotto, you need special starchy round grain rice. Ideal for this dish are the varieties: Carnaroli, Vialone and Arborio

Cut fresh mushrooms into slices, onions into rings, and pass the garlic through a press. Then heat the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the mushrooms and garlic in it for 3-5 minutes. Then pour in the olive oil, add the rice and simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. The rice should be completely covered with oil and become transparent. After that, pour in the wine. Mix everything well and start gradually adding the hot broth. Stir constantly as you add a small portion of the broth. Pour in the next part of the broth only after the previous one is completely absorbed. Cook risotto over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Shortly before cooking, add warm cream and finely grated Parmesan cheese to the risotto pan, season with salt and pepper. Before serving, place the risotto in bowls and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

A quick festive dinner cannot do without a recipe for a delicious and uncomplicated dessert. For him you will need: – 500 g of seedless grapes; – 5 oranges; – 3 bananas; – 4 kiwi; – 800 g creamy ice cream; – 150 g of dark chocolate.

Fruit salad can be prepared using any other fruit you like or eat at home

Put the ingredients in the portioned bowls in the following order: grapes, peeled and sliced ​​banana, sprinkle with grated chocolate. Then lay out a layer of peeled and cut into small pieces of oranges and kiwi, then spread the ice cream on the bowls and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
