A quick and healthy breakfast? These recipes – Dietetics – Articles |

The recipe for a quick dish is simple. You take a few ingredients, mix them together and drink them. It will take you the least time. Another option is to put a few ingredients together, wrap them in paper, and eat them along the way. You can also take something tasty with you in a container and eat it in the office. Whichever you choose, the following suggestions will appeal to you.

Chew on your health

Put a few tasty ingredients into a container or bag, such as pieces of apple, peach or pear, yellow cheese cubes and split nuts. You can eat such a breakfast even on the way to work.

Quick cocktail

You can mix any fruit with milk or milk drink and pour it into a bottle. You can also use soy, almond or oat milk. It’s a convenient way to breakfast on the way. Below is a proposal for a chocolate and avocado cocktail.

Ingredients:

A frozen banana, a glass of almond milk (plain milk can be), a teaspoon of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of linseed (ground in a mortar or grinder), 1 teaspoon of honey

Put everything in a blender and blend. If it is too thick, add a little more milk.

Ingredients:

Ripe avocado, lemon juice, a teaspoon of honey, a pear or a glass of frozen berries, ginger or chilli flakes

Blend all ingredients together. If it is too thick, add water.

Pour the petals

Just take your favorite cereal, put it in a bowl and pour cold milk or yogurt, and a 5-minute breakfast will be ready. If you prefer your meals warm, use warm milk. This recipe is not only quick to make, but also rich in nutrients

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of millet flakes, a glass of milk or milk drink, a handful of dried cranberries, a tablespoon of crushed linseed and sesame seeds, a tablespoon of almond flakes, cinnamon, ginger

Pour the flakes with milk and add the rest of the ingredients. You can also pour the milk into a saucepan, add the cereal and heat it up. Then add the remaining ingredients when you put the cereal into a bowl.

Wrap it up

Bread, butter, cheese, sausage and tomato are probably the best known sandwiches. However, you can prepare many more original versions with different fillings. You can reach for lean cottage cheese, tofu, mozzarella, peanut butter, fruit, vegetables, bean paste or tomato paste. You can also slice a croissant and fill it with brie cheese and pear. Your imagination is the only limit. Here is an example of a Mexican-style sandwich.

Ingredients:

2 whole-grain tortilla pancakes, a teaspoon of linseed oil (can be different), guacamole or salsa (you can prepare the day before, or buy ready-made), ½ peppers, 1 small tomato, lettuce, 2 slices of ham, tabasco sauce (optional)

Brush the pancakes with oil. Arrange the ham, brush with guacamole or salsa, arrange the vegetables, drizzle with tabasco sauce. Wrap so that the ingredients do not come out from underneath. You can pack tortillas in tin foil and take with you on the go.

Takeaway

If you only eat your breakfast at work, I have two interesting suggestions for you. The first is cereal in a jam jar, and the second is a bit more original, an egg with mushrooms.

Ingredients:

½ a glass of oatmeal, a small packet of natural yoghurt, ½ a glass of raw berries, e.g. raspberries, or a handful of dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, for example, a jar with the rest of jam or peanut butter

Of course, you can use a clean jar and put a little jam in it. Then fill it with cereals, fruit and pour over the yogurt. You can prepare such a package in the evening and put it in the fridge to take with you in the morning.

Ingredients:

1 egg, a few mushrooms, lean ham, spring onion, teaspoon of parsley, salt, pepper

Fry the mushrooms with onion in a pan. Dice the ham. Put everything in a jar. Add parsley, beat egg, season. Place the filled jar in a pot of hot water so that it is half-covered. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes. When it cools down, put it in the fridge. Don’t forget him in the morning.
