Pullover with a barbell on a sloping bench technique of implementation of exercise:
- Lie on the decline bench, securely fixing the legs. Take the barbell from behind the head wide grip, so that the palm was facing upwards. Slowly raise the barbell off the floor.
- Your arms should be straight and perpendicular to the floor. This will be your initial position.
- Begin to move the rod back, over your head. Stop the movement when the hands will take parallel to the floor position. Tip: keep your arms should be straight throughout the exercise. Remember that the movement only occurs in the shoulder joint.
- On the exhale bring the bar back up to starting position. Control the movement of the rod.
- Complete the required number of reps according to your training program.
- When finished your set, slowly lower the barbell behind your head and gently put on the floor.
