A good diet plus physical activity can provide protection against a number of diseases associated with overweight and obesity, as well as cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, hypertension, heart problems, which are the leading cause of death among men. Therefore, the men’s diet should be rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, which are found in vegetables, fruits, but also in green tea. 

Everything should be done with the head, the diet should also be well thought out and appropriate, because every guy is different and has different needs. Remember, however, that in order to enjoy life longer, give up unhealthy eating and go on a diet, because only then will you be sure that your life is under control and your weight will not change rapidly.

Men believe that only women can diet, that slimming is unmanly. Dear gentlemen, you need to change it, a little effort and self-discipline and the effects will surprise you. You will no longer look with envy at photos of beautifully built athletes, you will look like this yourself.
