Poland is preparing a special train to pick up the wounded from the border with Ukraine. Health Minister Adam Niedzielski showed his interiors on his Twitter. The rescue train will be able to accommodate approximately 150 wounded.

On the night of Wednesday, February 23 to Thursday, February 24, there was an armed attack by Our Country on Ukraine. The community around the world condemns this unlawful aggression and tries to support the aggrieved Ukrainian people in every possible way. The Polish government was also involved in helping the Ukrainians.
«Rescue train for nearly 150 injured people is almost ready. Together with Waldemar Kraska, we talked with the medical team and uniformed services that cooperate with the Ministry of Health in organizing the transport of victims from Ukraine » — we read in the Friday entry by Minister Niedzielski.
Niedzielski announced that exercises with the use of a special train are planned in the coming days. «This is a solution created completely from scratch, so far it has not been used in Poland » — described in an interview with Wirtualna Polska Niedzielski.
The minister of health declared on Thursday that citizens of this country who would come to Poland for health and life, would be able to count on access to medical care. «We will also help the injured who will not be able to help the Ukrainian side» — assured Niedzielski. He also added, “in difficult times, Poland will stand by Ukraine and its citizens”.
