Natalia Denisova from Yekaterinburg now knows exactly how not to lose weight! And she is helped to competently lose weight in the second season of the show on STS. Uralochka honestly admitted to Woman’s Day that her motives for becoming slim are serious – fear of losing her young husband and shame in front of her beautiful daughter.

Hunger strike tore off the “roof”

– Until the age of 25, I was a slender beauty, weighed only 50 kg, even the birth of my daughter did not affect my figure in any way. Until the age of 13, she was engaged in rhythmic gymnastics, was a sports girl. But after 25 years, imperceptibly for myself, I gained 10 kg! I can’t even say why, I just stopped controlling my diet. By the way, I really love to cook.

As soon as I noticed the first weight gain, I decided to lose weight. And I chose a hunger strike for myself. I sat on the water for 10 days, the kilograms were gone. But after starvation, she seemed to be off the chain – she absorbed everything, without controlling what and how much I eat. The result is not only the return of the previous kilograms, but also plus 10 extra ones! However, this effect from the express diet did not stop me, and after a few months I again starved for 10 days. As you can imagine, the result was the same – the arrow of the scales began to show even more. I had to sit on such a “diet” three times to understand – it does not work! But the deed was done – the extra pounds remained with me for years …

Two years ago I got married for the third time, my husband is 10 years younger than me and, of course, this age difference motivates me to look better, I am afraid of losing my spouse. And in front of the 17-year-old beautiful daughter Nastya, it is a shame that she has such a fat mother …

When I saw the first issue of the Weighted People program, I immediately realized that I also want to participate. I was really looking forward to the second season, came to the casting, not even thinking that I would pass. Lucky!

Valery’s husband is younger than Natalia: it stimulates her

– I have been in the project for the second week, and I can say that the results are already very good (the participants in the show are not allowed to disclose the specific number of lost kilograms, – approx. WD). And there are no secrets. Now I go to the fitness center four times a week, mainly jogging on the track and attending group classes – yoga, dancing, also swimming in the pool. As for nutrition, on the project we are taught to count calories so as not to go beyond the daily norm. I need to consume 1200-1300 kcal per day, no more. You can eat carbohydrates and fats, the main thing is to keep within this norm. I also changed the way I prepare food – I do everything steamed or in the oven, nothing fried. To be honest, I’m still getting used to such a power system, it’s not so easy. Sometimes I break off, eat something “forbidden”, but I do not leave the race.

My daily menu is as follows: in the morning carbohydrates – porridge and something sweet, at lunch – vegetable soup, meat or chicken with peeled rice, buckwheat or barley, for dinner, which I usually have at 19.00-20.00 – protein foods and vegetables. Snacks between three meals are also a must, such as eating an apple.

I really want to convey to all girls who dream of losing weight that it is impossible to do it too quickly, as I tried. All changes are gradual, and it takes time to change your eating habits and lifestyle!
