“By that time, I had already forgotten what I looked like,” admits the mother of many children. – That photo shocked me. My changes began with him. However, it took some more time to start changing in earnest. Three weeks later, I decided to step on the scale, and that was a turning point. “

Of course, the first thought was to go on some kind of fast and super effective diet. But Chelsea realized it wouldn’t work. Then she started looking for healthy but delicious recipes. Gradually added more and more plant foods to the diet. It turned out that the portions of vegetables were two to three times larger than her usual deep-fried food. And this was a real discovery for her.

Well, in order not to deny themselves their favorite schnitzels and French fries, Chelsea bought an air fryer, with which you can cook dishes with a minimum amount of oil.

“I had no idea how unhappy and unhealthy I was. Now I feed my body correctly, I am happy, I have the energy to play with my children, I am healthy and strong. I have become the best version of myself, I can be the best mother for my children and the best wife for my husband. Instead of being overweight, I found self-love, self-confidence, the ability to dress in any store I want.
