Turespaña, FITUR, Spanish Confederation of Travel Agencies, Spanish Confederation of Hotels, FEHR, Taste Spain, Good Table Restaurants Association, Euro-Toques European Community of Cooks, FEPET tourist journalists, etc … were the entities that, under The decision of its members, chose the Leonese capital as the best candidate to celebrate an authentic gastro-culinary 2018.
