The Japanese company Tamaruya from Shizuoki presented an original product based on wasabi, which mimics the texture of caviar.
This spicy novelty has already become very popular among the people of Japan. It is called Wasa Beads because of its rounded shape.
The product combines the burning taste of real wasabi with an original serving in the form of eggs. This caviar can be used in the preparation of sushi, rolls and various snacks.
Wasa Beads costs 594 yen ($ 5,4).
Now in Japan, this caviar is a national hit. Banks are flying away with lightning speed. In response to the huge demand for this product, Tamaruya has installed a pre-order system on the online shopping site Rakuten, which has also sold out almost all stocks, proving that green caviar is indeed one of the hottest new products in Japan at the moment.
We will remind, earlier we wrote about why in Japan fishes feed with chocolate, and also shared the recipe of Hot cakes, magnificent Japanese pancakes.
