gluten

Among the basic products should be gluten, which protects the heart. The daily minimum dose of gluten should be 25 grams. For example: to eat the recommended daily dose of gluten, you should eat 10 grams of dried figs, the same amount of white beans, coarse barley and spinach, and one apple with the peel.

At the same time, remember to drink plenty of water. It should be a minimum of 2 liters of various fluids a day.

Garlic

It is known for many health properties. However, it is especially recommended for people with heart and circulatory system diseases. It is recommended by doctors due to the prevention of atherosclerosis. It allows you to inhibit the aggregation of platelets and lowers the level of fats.

Red wine

Red wine is the only alcohol recommended for people with heart disease. It contains antioxidants that act against free radicals. As a result, the heart ages more slowly.

Fishes

They effectively lower the level of bad cholesterol in the body. Therefore, it is recommended to eat fish twice a week. Mackerel, salmon and sardines are especially recommended due to the omega-3 fatty acids they contain.

Dark chocolate

You can eat one or two cubes a day. Eating it in limited amounts will certainly not hurt your weight and will certainly help improve blood circulation in the blood vessels. It also prevents heart attacks by reducing the risk of blood clots.

green tea

Flavonoids contained in tea dilate blood vessels, thus facilitating the transport of oxygen to individual organs.

Vegetables and fruits

It is worth including half a kilogram of fruit or vegetables in your diet a day.

Lean meats

People with heart disease should avoid fatty foods. Fat ‘clogs’ the veins leading to a heart attack. Therefore, the diet should include lean meat and vegetable fats.

Healthy snacks

If you get hungry between meals, do not reach for sweets or fast food. It is best to snack on dried fruit: raisins, nuts, almonds, dried fruit.
