Boxing and dancing in one workout? For people who prefer dynamic activity, training combining both features will be a dream come true. Thanks to the incorporation of aggressive kicks associated with kick boxing and African dance movements, the pace of losing calories and simultaneously sculpting the figure is faster.
Bokwa is a relatively young fitness discovery. The sympathy for such a rhythmic effort was instilled by the author himself, instructor Paul Mavi. The beginnings date back to 2012. According to estimates, Bokwa has a chance to dethrone Zumba in fitness clubs.
Benefits for health and figure
The benefits of practicing Bokwa are endless. It strengthens muscles, shapes the body, accelerates the loss of undesirable kilograms, thanks to which mums who want to lose weight after childbirth will like it. It supports the mood, condition and efficiency, reduces stress and relieves depression. This is not the end of the benefits. Bokwa will improve balance and eye-hand coordination, improve the work of the respiratory and circulatory systems. First of all, it’s great fun, so once you’ve tasted Bokwa, you probably won’t have to force yourself to leave the couch.
Because the intensity during training is high, Bokwa will work as a cardio exercise, it will strengthen the body and organism. During one session, we will lose between 600 and 800 calories, at best 1200, thanks to which fat burning will proceed at a satisfactory pace.
Even more advantages…
The dance routine is often created on impulse, for training it is enough to know the basic steps that do not require complicated calculations. Unlike typical aerobics, Bokwa participants move to the beat of smooth music. Thanks to guaranteed fun, we do not need too much self-denial to move from the couch to classes.
go wild!
Comfortable clothing and footwear are essential. Don’t forget to bring water and a towel with you to practice. Drop all restrictions, go crazy, follow the music. Missed the rhythm? It’s nothing, play, jump, dance! Bokwa does not have strictly defined steps. The choreography is extremely simple.
Dla kogo training Bokwa?
Bokwa will appeal primarily to sociable, lively people who value improvisation instead of rigid arrangements. It will suit both beginners and professionals, women and men, and everyone who has had contact with Zumba so far.
Pregnant women, people prone to fainting, dizziness or injuries should refrain from practicing Bokwa. It will not be suitable for people whose spine and joints sometimes fail, suffer from rheumatic diseases, or have an extremely poor condition.
