90 days of separate meals is a diet developed in Slovakia. Its creators, Breda Chrobat and Mojca Polyanshek, advocate the cyclical nature of food. Protein, starch, carbohydrate, vitamin days follow each other, the cycle repeats for almost three months.
90 days of separate meals – losing weight slowly but surely
The creators of the diet themselves prefer to call it not a method of losing weight, but proper nutrition. This is partly true. Due to the separate nutrition and dietary menu, the amount of fat from food is significantly reduced. In addition, the presence of a large amount of fruit in the diet saturates the body with useful acids and trace elements. But this diet is not suitable for everyone. For example, for diabetics, carbohydrate and starchy days can be simply dangerous to health.

A good diet is that you can eat anything. And ice cream, and pork, and cereals. These dishes are simply consumed on different days. The body receives everything it needs for full functioning, while the weight is constantly decreasing, and not abruptly, by 3-5 kg per month.
Diet for 90 days of split meals
The diet begins with a protein day. You can eat chicken, pork, beef, mushrooms, eggs, seafood, fish, etc. It is recommended to drink broth and eat cucumber and tomato salad. Better to fill it with sour cream. Bread, cereals, bananas, potatoes are prohibited. It is also not recommended to mix several types of protein foods – fish with eggs, meat with sour cream, etc. During the day, you can drink a glass of milk or kefir, as well as at least two liters of pure water.
The second day is starchy. The daily diet consists of various cereals and legumes, as well as vegetables – potatoes, beets, cabbage and vegetable broth. Everything needs to be stewed or cooked with the addition of olive or sunflower oil. Animal fats are prohibited.
On this day, you can eat a slice of black or whole grain bread for lunch.
The third day is carbohydrate. You need to eat foods rich in simple carbohydrates – pasta, bread, buckwheat, millet, chocolate, ice cream, pizza. At the same time, all proteins are prohibited: the dough is made without eggs, pasta – without butter, etc. Even the pasta dough should contain only flour and water. You can add vegetables to carbohydrate food – tomatoes, eggplants, zucchini.
The last day of the cycle is vitamin. During the day (every three hours), only fruits or dried fruits with nuts and honey are consumed. Do not forget about the liquid – at least two liters per day.
Do a deload every 29 days after your vitamin day. You can only drink water. This move will help to get the weight off the ground, speed up weight loss.
90 days of separate meals – general principles
There are general rules for each day. For breakfast (and it is fruity every day), you can only eat the same fruits: two apples, two pears, a handful of grapes.
Lunch – no earlier than twelve o’clock in the afternoon. If you are very hungry, eat an apple or plum thirty minutes before a meal.
The serving size for dinner is half that for lunch. After 19.00 – only water and tea.
Such a diet will not only help to lose weight, but also normalize metabolism, and will also help to revise the usual principles of eating too high in calories.
