8 Weeks to Health – what is the training plan for the fifth week?

  1. Circuit training No. 5 – 35 minutes
  2. 1 x Interval training No. 4 “TABATA” – 35 min
  3. 1 x Strengthening training No. 2 “We build endurance” – 35 min
  4. 45 minutes of walking or cycling or Nordic walking

Total 150 minutes of physical activity.
