Time for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).

Training plan in the seventh week!
• 1x Workout 7 “Time for an interval HIIT. Stage 1 ”- 35 min
• 1x Workout 5 “We strengthen muscle strength” – 35 min
• 1x Workout 4 “Tabata and our first intervals” – 35 min
• 60-minute interval training for walking or running and walking
It is already weekly physical activity!
What will the health effects be after 6 months of regular physical activity?
We will have:
- lower blood pressure,
- lower heart rate,
- better balanced sugar level,
- less body fat,
- the brain will work better!
