Today we have the last training for you as part of the NFZ 8 weeks to health campaign, whose media patron is Medonet. It’s time for high-intensity training, or HIIT.
Interval HIIT – Stage 2
The last, eighth week of joint physical activity is ahead of us:

Training plan for the eighth week of the challenge of 8 weeks to health:
• 1x 8 Interval HIIT Workout. Stage 2 – 35 min
• 1x Workout 5 “We strengthen muscle strength” – 35 min
• 1x Workout 7 “Interval HIIT” Stage 1 – 35 min
• 60 min bike, walking or Nordic walking
A total of 170 minutes of physical activity per week!
