8 recipes for dietary delicious meals
Three members of the joint project Woman’s Day and the #Sekta School of the Perfect Body have shared their favorite dietary recipes that taste as great as they look!
Marina, 35 years old: dedicated to the sweet tooth
Chicken breast rolls with Adyghe cheese and pepper
Everything is simple here – you need to take a chicken fillet, cut it lengthwise into thin plastics, grease it with natural yogurt with your favorite spices, fill with sweet pepper and Adyghe cheese, wrap it in rolls and bake it in the oven. Yummy!
Chickpea cutlets
Mix boiled chickpeas, your favorite spices and eggs – puree with a blender and bake in the oven. It can be in muffin tins, or just in the form of cutlets.
Curd muffins
400 g of cottage cheese, 2 bananas, 1 egg.
Mix everything into a homogeneous mass and bake in tins. Why not dessert? It will seem unsweetened to those with a sweet tooth, but the sweetness of bananas is enough for me!
Elena, 23 years old: a chickpea tale
Chickpea muffins
Ingredients:
Chickpea flour – 1,5 tbsp.
Natural yogurt without additives, without sugar – 1 tbsp.
Vegetables:
Option 1 – carrots + onions.
Option 2 – Chinese cabbage.
Soda on the tip of a knife
Eggs – 3 pcs. (for those who do not eat eggs – 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour – add, like eggs, according to the recipe)
Mix yogurt with eggs, then add chickpea flour, then soda. Mix well.
Vegetables:
Option 1: fry finely chopped (or grated) carrots with onions without oil in water for 15 minutes. Add carrots with onions to the dough.
Option 2: If Peking cabbage, then just finely chop it and also into the dough.
Mix everything and put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for about 25-35 minutes until tender.
Chickpea cutlets with vegetables
Chickpea cutlets with vegetables
Ingredients:
Chickpea flakes – 100 g
Water (2/3 cup)
Vegetables of your choice
A little chickpea flour
Seasonings of your choice
We take the cereal, fill it with hot water and leave it for 15 minutes to absorb the water.
You can choose any vegetables. My favorite combinations are:
1st option: two cloves of garlic + Chinese cabbage – finely chopped. I usually crush the garlic in mashed potatoes, and chop the cabbage finely, then it crunches pleasantly and juicy in cutlets.
2nd option: Chinese cabbage + carrots + basil. Finely chopped Peking cabbage, grated carrots, more often I take fresh, finely chopped basil (you can also dry it in seasoning).
Add our own version of vegetables to the chickpea mince, mix. Fry in a well-heated pan until golden brown.
If you chose the garlic option, then I strongly advise you to put a tomato on top.
And the version with basil is good in combination with a bite-sized lettuce – the light spicy taste of basil is wonderful!
Lentil soup
Ingredients:
Dry lentils – 1 tbsp.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Onion – half
Tomato – 1 pcs.
Herbs-spices to taste (I add turmeric, parsley, garlic – a couple of cloves)
Boil the lentils for 15 minutes. Stew carrots with onions in a skillet without oil for 15 minutes. Finely chop the tomato. Mix everything and add water. When adding water, keep in mind that the lentils will still swell. Add the listed herbs and seasonings and cook for another 10 minutes.
Very delicate soup, pleasant for the stomach, light and tasty!
Maria, 33 years old: simple and fast!
Variation on the theme of “Mimosa” salad
We take a can of canned fish in its own juice and boiled eggs. We knead all this with a fork. I cut any greens I can find there – cucumbers, pickled gherkins, arugula and even radishes! Such deviations from the classic recipe do not scare me.
If the time of day allows you to eat carbohydrates, you can put this “mixture” on a loaf and improvise a sandwich, and if you want pure proteins – do not add greens and vegetables. This can be done even at work, if you bring boiled eggs with you.
Chickpea cutlets
Cook the chickpeas, grind them in a blender with garlic and spices, add eggs and make cutlets. In theory, they need to be fried in breadcrumbs, but this is not our option, I bake them in the oven on a baking sheet. In this version, the cutlets are dryish, so you need to eat them with sauce or sour cream, and I take children’s pasty curd without additives or natural yogurt. If you eat at home, then you can add herbs and spices to cottage cheese or yogurt.
