Reheating food is generally unhealthy. Why?
At first, almost any product contains water. By heating food, we provoke the formation of heavy hydrogen in water, which is harmful to living organisms.
Secondly, since very hot food is not very pleasant to eat, we only slightly heat it up, thereby provoking the risk of poisoning: bacteria readily multiply in warm food. Poisoning with spores of the bacillus Echinocereus is especially common (they cause acute gastroenteritis).
Here are the dishes that it is better not to warm at all, but to finish them cold.

– remaining after dinner boiled potatoes it is better to add to the salad, because when heated it will lose all its taste attractiveness;
– no matter how you love beetroot soup, try to cook it at one time, if you prefer to eat it hot, because when heated, nitrates are released in the beets, which will come back to haunt you with sharp abdominal pains;
– it is not useful to warm up bread (and we all love hot toast with cheese or butter). Especially if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract: hot bread, getting into the body, causes fermentation and heaviness in the stomach. If you can’t do without toast, then let it cool down;
– vermicelli when heated, it turns into a shapeless piece of sticky mass;
– riceturns out to be a carrier of bacterial spores that lead to food poisoning. Reproducing in warmth, they secrete a poison that can provoke diarrhea and vomiting;
– compote it is best not to heat it up either, but add a drop of hot water to the cold drink if you like to drink warm. It’s just that this fruit mixture is subject to rapid fermentation and can deteriorate from excessive heating.

Therefore, it is better to eat freshly prepared food – it is not only healthier, it will also allow you to get psychological satisfaction from food, ”the expert adds.
