8 foods to boost hair growth

Beautiful hair is healthy hair. Their thickness and density are at the genetic level. But it is in our power to influence their shine, strength of the root, prevent split ends and give hair a well-groomed look. To strengthen the hair structure, you need to act from the inside. Here are the foods to include in your diet for fast hair growth

Salmon

Salmon is a source of vitamin D, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. All of these micronutrients give hair shine and strengthen it at the cellular level, which allows it to grow faster. Fish also contains vitamin B12 and iron, which help to strengthen the scalp.

Yellow pepper

Cope with stress and strengthen immunity – the causes of unhealthy hair – with yellow pepper, as a source of many antioxidants. There are 5 times more of them in the composition of crushed peppers than in oranges. Thanks to this vegetable, the hair follicles will be significantly strengthened and the tips will no longer be split.

oysters

Oysters are a source of zinc, which is very important in protein metabolism. Thanks to zinc, the hair becomes dense and gains a healthy shine. Just one shellfish more than covers the body’s daily zinc requirement.

Eggs

Eggs contain protein, biotin and vitamin B12, which will give your hair strength, growth and shine. At the same time, the whole egg should be eaten, along with the yolk. However, a large amount of protein can block the absorption of biotin in the body. The recommended dose of eggs for hair is 3 eggs per week.

Almonds

Almonds are a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are the building blocks of cell membranes. They help to retain moisture inside the cells, which means the hair will look full and well-groomed. Almonds are a source of biotin (a handful of almonds contain almost a third of the daily value).

Seeds

Sunflower seeds contain a lot of vitamin E, which supports normal heart and blood vessels, and increases blood flow to the scalp. Sunflower seeds are rich in selenium, which is a natural protection against harmful ultraviolet radiation and other negative environmental factors.

Avocado

Avocado is a champion in vitamins and microelements. It contains vitamins A, C, E, D, P and K, as well as B vitamins, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and magnesium. Regular (1-2 times a week) inclusion of at least a quarter of an avocado in the menu will noticeably stimulate hair growth and renewal, give them vitality and shine, and protect against dryness and brittleness.

Sweet potato

Sweet potatoes contain beta-carotenes – the “elixirs of youth” – and vitamin A in abundance. Lack of this vitamin is fraught with flaky scalp, dandruff and hair loss.
