Tangerine tincture

For other types of drink, tangerines can be replaced with orange or lemon.

Ingredients

  1. Mandarin – 4 pcs

Method of preparation

  1. Remove a thin layer of zest from fruit, put in a bottle, pour alcohol.

  2. Squeeze a few drops of tangerine juice into a jar and seal tightly.

  3. Let it soak for several days, filter.

Mokruha tincture recipe

The drink is believed to be of Ukrainian origin. Tastes like a good fruit liqueur. The amount of berry juice can be increased as desired to reduce the strength (both freshly squeezed and store-bought are suitable).

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 1 l

  2. Orange peel – 1 cup

  3. Carnation – 10 stars

  4. Cherry juice – ¼ l

Method of preparation

  1. Throw the zest and cloves into vodka and insist in the dark for 15-20 days.

  2. Pour berry juice into the infusion, mix well.

  3. Strain the drink, distribute it into small bottles, leave to age for another six months or more.

almond tincture recipe

Ingredients

  1. Water – 100 ml

  2. Vodka – 1 l

  3. Sugars – 140 g

  4. Peeled almonds – 50 g

  1. Crush the nut, pour into vodka, cork the vessel, transfer to the dark, leave for 1 month.

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 3 l

  2. Chopped red pepper – 75 g

  1. Pour pepper into vodka.

  2. Let the mixture brew in a warm place for about three weeks.

  3. Strain the infusion through a tissue flap.

  4. Prepare syrup by mixing water and sugar.

  5. Dilute the tincture with a sweet liquid.

  6. Filter the drink and distribute into bottles.

Tincture “Amateur”

Ingredients

  1. Garlic – 6 pcs

  2. Hot pepper – 1 pod

  3. Lemon – ½ piece

  4. Vodka – 0,5 l

Method of preparation

  1. Chop the pepper and garlic into small pieces, throw the mass into a bottle of vodka, let it saturate for 3 weeks, after tightly clogging the vessel.

  2. Strain the infusion, squeeze the lemon juice from half the fruit, add to the garlic liquid.

  3. Filter the drink, pour into a bottle, move to the cold.

Tincture “Hunting”

Ingredients

  1. Juniper berries – 35 g

  2. Ground black pepper – 2 g

  3. Dill seeds – 50 g

  4. Vodka – 1 l

  5. Salt – 12 g

  6. Horseradish root – 40 g

Method of preparation

  1. Pour all solid ingredients into a bottle, fill the vessel with vodka.

  2. Leave the mixture to infuse in a warm place for half a month, shaking regularly.

  3. Drain the liquid, filter, keep in the cold.

Tincture “Pepper burning”

Ingredients

  1. Garlic – 1 Head

  2. Vodka – 1 l

  3. Hot red pepper – 1 pod

Method of preparation

  1. Divide the garlic into cloves, peel each and finely chop.

  2. Mix the mass with pepper, pour into a jar.

  3. Pour alcohol into the container, seal tightly.

  4. Let the liquid soak for 14-16 days in the warmth.

  5. Drain the infusion through a fabric filter, distribute into bottles.

Pepper tincture “Ambulance”

Ingredients

  1. Garlic – 2 cloves

  2. Vodka – 1 l

  3. Hot red pepper – 1 pod

  4. Parsley – 2 sprigs

  5. Allspice peas – 3 pcs

Method of preparation

  1. Mash the parsley with the blunt part of the knife, remove the garlic from the husk, rinse the pepper.

  2. Pour the prepared ingredients and allspice into a bottle of vodka, seal.

  3. Keep the infusion for 4 hours at room conditions, decant and try.
