Learn to take care of your feet without having to see a doctor.
Legs up!
Lie on the couch or on the floor for 10 minutes with your feet raised at the greatest possible angle against the wall.
Baths
Pour hot water into a basin, add 6 drops of eucalyptus oil and the same amount of rosemary. Keep your feet in this water for 5-10 minutes. Other mixtures are also very useful, such as pine extract (15 mg) with sea salt (2 tablespoons).
Contrast temperatures
Keep your feet running hot and cold water, changing the temperature every minute. Then dry your feet dry and put on cotton socks. Attention! This method is contraindicated for those who suffer from diabetes or impaired blood circulation.
Massage
Lubricate your palms with vegetable oil and rub your feet vigorously from ankle to knee, then “tap” them in the opposite direction. Massage the bottom of your foot in a circular motion. Twist your thumb firmly into the arch of your foot.
Exercises for feet and toes
Take off your shoes and roll a tennis ball, a wooden rolling pin on the floor with your feet for a few minutes. Walk around the room with your shoes on, where you put the dry beans. Raise the scattered pencils on the floor with your toes.
Ice
Wipe your feet and ankles with ice cubes wrapped in a wet towel, then dry your feet and dampen them with cologne, rubbing alcohol, or vinegar.
Without stress
Rise on your toes so that the heels are off the floor by 1 cm, and sharply lower the heels to the floor. This exercise is performed 20 times, then you should take a break for 10 seconds and repeat everything from the beginning twice more.
During the day
Make circular movements with your feet 10-15 times. Bend your toes and unbend them sharply.
Whenever you lie down, raise your legs 15–20 cm above the level of your heart.
