Step 1. Do not remove the cuticle yourself. You risk injuring the nail plate, which will lead to irreversible changes. To keep your nails looking well-groomed, use a special wooden orange stick that allows you to push back the cuticle gently and without damage.
Step 2. Don’t cut the skin around your nails. Buy a good file (abrasive 180/400) and use it to process the leather of the side rollers. Then you will have no burrs.
Step 3. Do not soak your nails in water. This will lead to even greater dryness and defects of the nail plate. Use special non-alkali emollient creams such as Avoplex Anticuticle to moisturize and nourish skin and nails.
Step 4. Before covering your nails with a protective base or varnish, degrease them with alcohol. The nail plate must be dry. Otherwise, the varnish coating will not adhere well.
Step 5. Before applying the color, use a base coat, which will protect your nails from pigment penetration and give the varnish better stability. Remember: the varnish must contain caring and strengthening substances. And for weakened nails, the best solution would be varnishes enriched with calcium, proteins and natural oils.
Step 6. Apply the varnish as close to the cuticle as possible in a thin layer in 3-4 movements, and so on in two layers. At least two minutes should elapse between each application.
Step 7. The manicure should not dry in water, not in the sun, but at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. If you are afraid to damage your manicure, apply a special drying agent to your nails. It will keep your manicure intact, even if you accidentally touch something.
RULE # 1
No matter how beautiful a manicure is, remember that you cannot wear one varnish for more than a week. After seven days, microcracks appear in the varnish, into which microbes enter, and as a result, the natural keratin of the nail is destroyed.
