Chicken eggs, whole 300 g (5 pcs.) Wheat flour type 500 150 g (1,5 cups) Baking powder 7 g (1,5 flat teaspoons) Natural cocoa 20 g (2 flat spoons) Sugar 100 g

A method of preparing:

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then, whisking them to a stiff foam, sprinkle a small pinch of salt.
  2. Mixing all the time, slowly add sugar and egg yolks.
  3. Do beaten eggs, add the flour (setting aside about 10 g aside), combined with baking powder, but combine with a spoon so as not to lose foam.
  4. After mixing, we divide the resulting dough into two separate parts. Add the remaining flour to one and mix it, to the other pour cocoa, also stirring.
  5. We use a silicone form so we don’t need to grease it. Put the dough by spoon into the mold (once yellow, then black). Once the dough is ready applied to the mold, you can gently make two movements in both directions to the so-called stripes.

Cake: Wheat flour. type 500 300 g (3 glasses) Butter 250 g Chicken egg yolk 100 g (4 pcs.) Sour cream 18 percent fat 74 g (0,3 cups) Sugar 52 g (4 flat spoons)

A method of preparing:

  1. Chop the flour and butter with a knife until the butter is in small pieces. Add egg yolks, sugar, salt and very quickly knead it into a ball. We do not knead the dough at all, we only make the whole thing more or less stuck together into one lump. Put the dough wrapped in foil in the freezer for half an hour.
  2. Take the dough out of the freezer and carefully knead the baking tin with it. Prick the dough with a fork several times and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes.
  3. Grind the yolks with sugar with a mixer until they turn into a silky mogel and there will be twice as many.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath. Let the chocolate cool down.
  5. Add the melted chocolate to the yolks with sugar and mix it thoroughly, but gently.
  6. Put the thawed cherries on the toasted cake, pour the cream over it and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees C.

A method of preparing:

  1. The ingredients must be at room temperature, so we take them out of the refrigerator beforehand. Grind the curd or mix it thoroughly until smooth (e.g. using a blender). We set the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with fructose until light and add yogurt and pudding.
  3. We mix the mass at low speed and gradually add the cottage cheese.
  4. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently add to our curd mass.
  5. Pour the mass into a springform pan lined with baking paper.
  6. You can leave some mass and mix it with cocoa, and then add it to the cake pan, making artistic blots. To prevent the cheesecake from baking, the top can be covered with aluminum foil.
  7. Put in the cheesecake for 10 minutes. to 180 degrees C, and then for 50-55 min. at 160 degrees C. degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

A method of preparing:

  1. Add 4 cups of sugar to 2 yolks, mix and add 1 and 1/4 cups of oil, mix again.
  2. Add 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons to the resulting mass. baking powder, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and baking soda. We mix everything up.
  3. We wash and peel the carrots. We grate them on a fine mesh grater so that 2 cups of carrots come out. Add the carrots to the dough and mix.
  4. Beat egg whites and add to the mass, gently mixing. Grease the baking tray with butter and sprinkle with a bread roll, pour the mass onto the baking tray.
  5. Bake at 160 degrees C for 60 minutes.

A method of preparing:

We prepare the poppy seed: 

  1. Boil the milk, pour the poppy seeds into the boiling, you can boil it for a dozen more minutes and leave it to soak, i.e. until the milk cools down. Then drain the poppy seeds and grind them in a food processor 2-3 times.
  2. Grate the soft butter with powdered sugar using a wooden spoon.
  3. While still grating, add 1 yolk each – grate until a homogeneous mass is obtained
  4. Add the ground poppy seeds and mix.
  5. Add apples grated on a coarse grater, dried fruit, baking powder, semolina and mix.
  6. In a separate vessel, beat the egg whites and gently combine the foam with the poppy seed mass.
  7. Put the mass into a springform pan, bake at 180 degrees for 1h 30min. Set aside to cool.

We prepare the icing:

Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and water in a small saucepan and heat it up.

Ingredients for 12 servings:

2 beans (after draining 480 g)

  1. Set the oven to 180 degrees  up and down
  2. Rinse the beans thoroughly under water. Then blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. 
  4. Bake for about 30 – 40 minutes, depending on how dry you want the dough to be. Remember that brownie is a wet cake, so the stick test will not necessarily work here.

1 cup of graham flour (type 1850)

1 teaspoon baking soda

4 tbsp almonds (chopped or blended)

½ teaspoon of cinnamon
