6 rules of losing weight

Row no.1 The number of meals during the day should be 4-5. Each meal should be eaten at 3-4 hour intervals. Row no.2 Try to eat lots of vegetables and lean meat! By eating boiled chicken breast with vegetables, preferably salad without mayonnaise – you can lose unnecessary kilograms. You know, eating it every day would become monotonous, so chicken breast can be replaced with fish or other lean meat. Row no.3 Drink a lot of water! This is the golden rule of weight loss – a minimum of 1,5 liters of still mineral water per day. If you are not a supporter of absorbing such amount of water, try to drink red and green teas. Do not replace water with coffee – coffee does not cleanse the body like tea and water. Row no.4 When we are losing weight, we want to control our weight on an ongoing basis – preferably every day. It is, however absolutely forbidden !!! Each of us becomes nervous when we weigh ourselves. Stress causes the sugar level in the body to rise – which makes it difficult to lose weight. Raised sugar makes it difficult for us to lose weight, so it is better not to weigh yourself often – so as not to stress and not have a problem with slimming. Row no. 5 Fun fact: if you are on a diet and you are going shopping for groceries- don’t go shopping when you’re hungry! When a person is hungry and buys food, hunger usually buys more of those that cannot be eaten on a diet.

Row no. 6 Remember- for weight loss, the loss of cm is more important than kg. This is because when you exercise, your fatty tissue turns into muscles that are heavier than fat. Therefore, weight loss can be small – because muscle tissue will grow, but the decrease in cm can be huge! 😉 Don’t stress – gaining muscle doesn’t make you look like a bodybuilder! Muscle growth will make your body firmer! 😉
