6 habits that flatten your butt

With age, most people, both men and women, notice that their buttocks tend to lose their rounded shape.

Why is this happening and who is to blame for it – ourselves or Mother Nature, massage specialist Vladimir Yaremenko will tell.

Of course, not everyone can boast of rounded shapes. Otherwise, J.Lo at one time would not have turned this part of her figure into a highlight and would not have insured them for a certain amount to further attract attention to her person. Following her, other stars began to focus on their fifth point, as a result of which the bulging buttocks turned into a certain trend that women around the world began to strive for.

Nature should initially reward with beautiful buttocks, and she often does this on a national basis. Latin American women from time immemorial could boast of seductive forms that Europeans only dreamed of. Nevertheless, among Russian women there are those whose forms can be envied, and there are those whom nature has endowed with other advantages. Therefore, initially, the question of beautiful forms lies in the plane of genetics and features of the figure – someone is given this, but someone is not very good. Nevertheless, over time, both of them face sagging tissues in the buttocks.

  1. Age. Gravity pulls down not only the tissues of the face or chest, but also other parts of the body, in particular the buttocks. The aging process is natural – the skin loses its elasticity, the production of collagen fibers decreases, the muscle corset weakens, as a result we are dealing with ptosis of soft tissues. You can cope with the situation with the help of both radical measures, for example, resorting to the possibilities of plastic surgery or cosmetology, and regularly playing sports. Sport helps to pump muscles, tightens the skin. Of course, swinging in the gym, you cannot get such forms as that of J. Lo, but it is quite possible to tighten the buttocks.

  2. Being overweight. Excess subcutaneous tissue aggravates the manifestation of ptosis, as it contributes to even greater tissue sagging. Therefore, it is doing its bit to make your butt flat. There can be only one recipe here: go on a diet and go in for sports, or again resort to the possibilities of aesthetic medicine.

  3. Hormonal background. Any changes, including pregnancy, the postpartum period, when hormonal changes in the body, menopause, problems with the endocrinological system occur – all this necessarily affects not only the condition and size of the breasts, but also the abdomen and hips. Therefore, the figure as a whole is subject to similar changes.

  4. High heel. When wearing high-heeled shoes, the upper thighs and gluteal region, unlike the ankle and knee joint, do not receive stress, therefore they relax. To prevent this from happening, it is necessary to alternate the wearing of heels with flat shoes / sports shoes and compensate for the lack of physical activity by training in the gym.

  5. Deportment. If you have a history of pronounced kyphosis of the thoracic region, which is often compensated by a strong deflection in the lumbar region (lordosis), then this cannot but affect how the buttocks look visually for the worse.

  6. Sedentary lifestyle. And, of course, one of the main reasons for flat buttocks is a sedentary lifestyle and lack of physical activity, which leads to a weakening of the muscle corset and, of course, affects the way the whole body looks, exacerbating the sagging of tissues.
