6 cocktails that you can easily make at home, surprising a girl on March 8

Good afternoon everyone! On the eve of the main women’s holiday, from year to year I have a question – how to please my beloved? And I’m not the only one who cares about this issue. At a men’s meeting of friends, we decided to gather all our ladies and throw a party.

And what is a holiday without cocktails? I decided to look into the matter and find the best cocktail recipes for March 8th. Today I will share my thoughts with you. Maybe you can give me some advice.

What cocktails are the most popular on March 8

A girl should not prepare hard strong drinks. She must always, in any situation, remain a lady! For the celebration of March 8, I recommend giving preference to the most popular women’s cocktails. These are, of course, light and sweet drinks. Preferably with a small percentage of alcohol.

Advice! To create a festive atmosphere on March 8, I recommend decorating glasses with cocktails with fruits, straws, sugar and umbrellas.

6 Cocktails You Can’t Celebrate March 8 Without

I have compiled the top 6 cocktails that must be the decoration of the buffet table on March 8:

1. Pina Colada. You will need:

  • Rum, for example, Santero (Santero) – 50 ml;
  • coconut liqueur, for example. Malibu (Malibu) – 50 ml;
  • pineapple juice – 100 ml.

You can add a few slices of fresh banana, so the cocktail will turn out to be more saturated and thick.

2. Margarita is prepared simply:

  • put a few strawberries on the bottom of the blender;
  • add tequila, for example, Olmeca (Olmeca) 50 ml and 25 ml of liquor;
  • mix with 30 ml of lemon juice;
  • beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Advice! I recommend choosing Cointreau (Cointreau) liqueur.

3. Chocolate perfection. Components:

  • dark chocolate – 50 gr;
  • rum, for example, Captain Morgan (Captain Morgan) – 40 ml;
  • red pepper – 2 rings;
  • lemon juice – 5 drops;
  • quail eggs – 2 pcs.

First, melt the chocolate in a water bath, then mix it with rum. Put pepper rings at the bottom of the glass, refresh it with lemon juice. Gently crack eggs on top, then drizzle with rum chocolate.

4. Daiquiri. A very trendy cocktail. To prepare it, mix passion fruit syrup (15 ml), lime juice (30 ml) and any white rum (60 ml) in a blender, beat.

Advice! I highly recommend choosing white Bacardi rum for Daiquiri, it will add sophistication to the cocktail.

5. Mojito. The classic mojito in the alcoholic version is very popular and has a simple preparation technology. Pour 20 ml of sweet Monin syrup (preferably vanilla flavor) into the bottom of the glass, add a slice of lime, a few leaves of fresh mint, crush them slightly. Add 50 ml of dark Bacardi (Bacardi) and top up with Sprite sparkling water.

6. Gimlet. An exquisite cocktail is prepared by mixing 60 ml of gin, for example, Beefeater (Beefeater) and lemon juice (30 ml). The taste is quite tart, but interesting.

Important! Always add ice cubes to all cocktails.

Vodka-based cocktail for March 8

Vodka is traditionally male alcohol. However, on its basis, you can prepare delicious cocktails for lovely ladies on their holiday. For example, the Blue Lagoon. A cocktail is prepared in several stages:

  1. First you need to make lemonade. For 800 ml of boiling water – 150 g of sugar and the zest of three lemons. Mixed, infused in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Pour 150 ml of the resulting lemonade, 45 ml of any vodka (for example, Kalina red), 20 ml of liquor into a deep glass. Of the liqueurs, I recommend giving preference to Blue Curacao (Blue Curacao).

I personally decorate the cocktail with a blue umbrella on the glass.

Advice! Be sure to add ice to the Blue Lagoon to give it a refreshing taste.

Liquor-based cocktail for March 8

One of my favorite liqueur-based cocktails is the Cosmopolitan. I think that the women’s company will like it. For its preparation you will need:

  • Liquor, for example, Triple sec (Triple sec) – 25 ml;
  • cranberry juice – 50 ml;
  • lemon juice – 25 ml;
  • citrus vodka, for example, Finlandia (Finland) – 50 ml.

Shake all the ingredients well (preferably in a shaker), add ice, garnish the glass with a lime wedge.

You can please your girlfriend on March 8 in a non-standard way. Organize a homemade mini buffet with their favorite cocktails for her and her friends.

Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. Take care of yourself!
