5 Ways to Use Red Vine for Better Blood Circulation

Grape seed tablets
Oligo-proanthocyanidins are also very present in the envelope of grape seeds. Consuming them in the form of an extract, at a rate of 150 mg to 300 mg per day, is therefore particularly suitable. They can be found in pharmacies in the form of capsules or tablets.
