Holy Week is a period of leisure and activities where, apart from delving into the culture and history of one of our most solemn traditions, it is also the ideal time to do gastronomic tourism and try those wonderful dishes that we can find during the week of passion.
The diversity that we find throughout our geography makes us be specific and we are going to list the places that we consider most interesting, either because of their culinary tradition or because of their differentiation from other proposals throughout the year.

Cuenca and its Atascaburras.
