5 tips for our pets to let us sleep well

Postpone the last outing and the last evening meal

This advice is primarily intended for dog owners.

A dog wakes up and shows up if he is hungry, if he wants to defecate or if he is bored. To be able to enjoy a little longer sleep time, take him out the night before just before going to bed (easier if you have a garden) or walk it as late as possible. This will delay the time to defecate the next day. Concerning meal, give it a little later, ideally after you, always with the aim of being consistent on the education, but before the last outing to avoid having a bad surprise the next morning.

If, on the other hand, your dog wakes you up because he is bored and wants to play, then it may be time to get up …
