When buying equipment, the user receives a full package of documents for it: a technical passport, instructions for use, sales receipts and a warranty card. The warranty period for the operation of automatic machines of this brand is 2 years from the date of purchase of the goods, which must be indicated in the warranty card without fail. - series and serial number of goods;

- date of purchase;

During the above time (24 months), the buyer is entitled to free troubleshooting if they are related to:
- failure of the heating element (heater);
- breakdown of the drain pump;
- damage to the water inlet/drain hose;
- engine malfunction.
The list can be continued indefinitely, since any factory defect that could not have arisen through the fault of the user must be eliminated by the manufacturer independently and free of charge.
Attention! The warranty is valid only if the SMA is used for domestic needs and does not apply to equipment used in business activities.
When the warranty repair is not valid
On the official website of the manufacturer, there are cases when the repair of the SMA under warranty is not possible. The reason for the denial may be the following:
- improper storage of the machine or its incorrect transportation;
- violation of the rules of installation, connection or operation of the device;
- detection of mechanical damage and / or traces left by chemical means for the care of SMA, which are not recommended by the manufacturer;
- damage to the device by the owner or by specialists who do not have a certificate for such repairs;
- violation of the functionality of the SMA in case of liquid or foreign objects getting into its working units.
All these points are identified by an employee of an authorized service center during the diagnosis of SMA. If it turns out that the malfunction of the AGR is not related to its improper use, the master is obliged to correct the problem on the spot or, if circumstances so require, in the workshop.
