Baked cheesecake – 101 kcal / 1 serving
Recipe author: pandemic
Ingredients:
500 g of lean curd cheese
150 g of natural yoghurt
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
35 g of cream pudding
50 g of fructose
15 g natural cocoa for decoration
A method of preparing:
- The ingredients must be at room temperature, so we take them out of the refrigerator beforehand. Grind the curd or mix it thoroughly until smooth (e.g. using a blender). We set the oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the egg yolks with fructose (amount at your discretion – 5 tablespoons in my case) until a light mass is obtained and add yogurt and pudding to them.
- We mix the mass at low speed and gradually add the cottage cheese.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently add to our curd mass.
- Pour the mass into a springform pan lined with baking paper.
- Optionally, you can leave a little mass and mix it with cocoa, and then add it to the cake pan, making artistic blots. To prevent the cheesecake from baking, the top can be covered with aluminum foil.
- Put in for 10 minutes to 180 degrees, and then for 50-55 minutes at 160 degrees.
- After baking, slightly open the oven door and cool it without taking it out for about 1.5 hours so that it does not collapse, and then cool it in the refrigerator. Preferably for the night.
