1. Put the fitness rubber on your wrists, stand on straight arms on the floor, feet shoulder-width apart, the whole body in a straight line. Maintain a level bar throughout the entire run. Take a step with one hand outward and with the other hand outward, then return your arms to their original position.
I recommend doing the exercise for up to 1 minute, maybe in smaller intervals.
2. Fitness elastic in your right hand, press it to the floor with your left foot. Start in an upright position with your left foot on your entire foot, right heel raised, arms down. 4. At the end of the bonus, put on an elastic band on your ankles and make a “jumping jack” (a jump during which you bring your legs together and apart, raising and lowering your arms at the same time). Time: 45-60 seconds.
