  1. We brush our teeth 2 times a day – in the morning and in the evening. This is a fairly simple rule, but, unfortunately, many people neglect it, and it is so important that the teeth remain clean.

  2. When brushing your teeth we use a brush, paste and dental floss… The brush treats the visible surfaces of each tooth, and the hard-to-reach areas and interdental spaces are well cleaned by the dental floss.

  3. We brush our teeth correctly… This should be done with sweeping movements from the gum to the cutting edge on the upper and lower jaw. It is also important not to forget about the inner and chewing surfaces of the teeth.

  4. We visit the dentist 2 times a year: for a preventive examination of the entire oral cavity and for professional hygiene.
