5 foods that can replace meat in fasting

It is true to give up meat during fasting, but you cannot deprive yourself of the protein that the body needs so much. After all, it is he who is the main building material for our cells and muscles. And even if you are deprived of meat until Easter, it is quite possible to compose a daily menu taking into account products containing not animal, but vegetable protein.
