Calories, exercise, no stress are all very important if we want to achieve the desired results in weight loss. However, we know a few tricks that will facilitate this process.
1. Buy a ball
Sitting on a large ball instead of an armchair or chair will burn more calories. In this position, we use more energy to maintain balance. Whenever possible, sit on a big ball every now and then.

Regular exercise isn’t just about calories burned. Research published in PLoS ONE confirms that 15 minutes of treadmill or brisk walking reduces the chance of having a sweet snack. It turns out that even short exercises make sense and help regulate food intake.
3. Chew some gum
According to research conducted by the Pennington Biomedical Research Center and Louisiana State University, people who chew sugar-free gum up to three hours after a meal are less likely to snack.
4. Think about foods that you have an appetite for
This is quite unbelievable, and yet research published in the journal Appetite suggests that imagining the food you want to eat can reduce your appetite for it.
5. Put the jasmine in the purse!
By storing a small bottle of jasmine essential oil in your purse, you reduce the chance of unexpected hunger attacks, or so Australian research suggests. Researchers displayed pictures of chocolate to 67 college students divided into 3 groups. The first was to smell jasmine, the second – green apple, and the third – water. Then the women were asked about their appetites for the dishes shown in the photos. Only jasmine significantly reduced the cravings for sweets.
