5 dangers of spring that lurk your dog
If sunny days are an opportunity to share good times with your companion outside, the season is not without danger, especially when you have a garden. Anticipation and prevention will then be the master’s best allies.
Poisonous plants
Some plants are toxic to our companions and can be fatal if ingested. The most dangerous at this time of year are liliaceae (lily, lily of the valley, tulip, muscari and narcissus). Rodhodendrons and azaleas are also poisonous.
Oleander, cherry laurel and mistletoe, shrubs commonly found in our gardens, are other poisons for dogs.
The main symptoms of poisoning are vomiting and diarrhea, and in the worst cases, coma.
