Blue, also known as blue absinthe, does not differ in its characteristics from the classic green drink.
The difference lies only in the color, which is obtained by adding dyes (artificial or natural) and, sometimes, flavors.
This type of absinthe is dyed solely for aesthetic purposes, to give the drink a more refined look. Such a drink is used, often as an ingredient for cocktails.
