46-year-old Thai woman’s breasts are still growing due to gigantomastia

That is why a woman can only walk with crutches.

Lam Phrai Si Nuan, 46, a resident of a village in Phitsanulok province, noticed three years ago that her breasts began to grow again. At first it was not so noticeable, but nine months ago, breast growth accelerated several times, and first the left breast increased for several months, and then the right breast.

Due to the huge size of the mammary glands, a woman suffers from severe pain in the neck, shoulders and back. In order to somehow support her breasts, a woman wraps a piece of cloth around it, which she ties around her neck.

The doctors cannot diagnose Nuan and offer her any treatment. The only thing they determined for sure was that the woman had no cancerous tumors, according to the Daily Mail.

Nuan will have another checkup at the hospital in July, but the woman is worried that she will not be able to pay for it, since both she and her husband are unemployed.

Presumably, the cause of the disease is gigantomastia, a rare genetic disease in which the breast grows to enormous size and loses its shape. The disease can affect both one mammary gland and two.

– Alas, the dream of many men, big breasts, for women usually carries nothing but problems and inconvenience. Most likely, the heroine will be offered breast reduction surgery. If she was really fully examined and no hormonal abnormalities were found in her, but we are talking about a rare genetic abnormality. This is not oncology, there will be no relapses. The woman will undergo resection, plastic surgery, and everything will be fine with her.
