But sleep from 22:00 to 02:00 promotes the production of the hormone growth hormone in our body, which is responsible for mood during the day and promotes weight loss. Thanks to it, while you sleep at the right hours, muscle tissue grows and fat is burned.
The second reason is gastronomic
Avoiding fatty and salty foods three hours before bed is a healthy solution. But on New Year’s Eve, this cannot be avoided, because it was for the sake of a table overflowing with delicious dishes that you stood in kilometer-long queues in stores, looked for original recipes for salads and roasts, and practically all day limited yourself to food in order to taste all these delights at midnight with champagne. However, experts recommend imposing a ban on food at night, because the food will not be digested, but simply deposited on the walls of the stomach, which will cause you to have a very unpleasant feeling of heaviness inside.

If you go to bed late, then the cells do not have enough time to recover and they are damaged during subsequent division.

Large amounts of alcohol significantly impair sleep, making it anxious, resulting in irritability and headaches in the morning.
