More frequent colds and flu

Gastritis and other digestive disorders
Not every office has the opportunity to have a full meal. And if you get a lunch that is not nutritious enough, then you will “catch up” calories at dinner. And as a result – extra pounds. Various back illnesses occur almost instantly, especially if we have incorrect posture (for example, the neck stretched out towards the monitor) or an uncomfortable chair.
What to do? Don’t sit day after day. Get up at least once every half hour to walk around the office or do a light warm-up. Arrange for yourself such a workplace so that your back is straight, and your eyes do not look down, but in front of you, or even slightly up.
Allergic reactions
Even people with no previous allergies often find it difficult to work in the office due to dust. And even though cleaning is carried out even every day, few people often clean household appliances. But air conditioners, printers, scanners and other office equipment emit a lot of toxic substances that they emit. For example, printers are sources of ozone, which is potentially dangerous if filters are not replaced in time.
Air conditioners can also sometimes cause allergies, since mold appears in them if filters are not replaced in time.
What to do? Initiate cleaning of office equipment. Start with yourself and maybe your colleagues will follow your example. Open windows as often as possible. Air conditioning is not a substitute for fresh air. Make sure to regularly replace filters in the technique.
