Ingredients: 300 g unsalted peanuts, a pinch of powdered sugar, a pinch of salt.
Manufacturing method:
1. Roast the peanuts in a dry frying pan and blend until the oil drains. 2. Add sugar and salt to the mixture, mix.
This peanut butter can stay in the refrigerator for about a month.
Almond butter with orange peel (615 kcal / 100 g)
Ingredients: 300 g of almonds, 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, a pinch of salt, grated orange peel.
Manufacturing method:
1. Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan and grind / blend them. 2. Add honey, salt and orange zest and mix.
Peanut butter, chocolate (436 kcal / 100 g)
Ingredients: 300 g shelled hazelnuts, 100 ml can of condensed milk, 100 g of dark chocolate, 2 teaspoons of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of honey.
Manufacturing method:
1. Toast the nuts for about 5 minutes. in a dry frying pan, then put it on a paper towel, wrap it and rub it against yourself. Separate the husks from the nuts. 3. Blend / grind the nuts until smooth. 4. Heat the chocolate, condensed milk and honey in a water bath, stirring constantly until the ingredients are combined. 5. Add the ground nuts to the mixture and blend thoroughly. 6. Pour the finished cream into jars. Cool it down.
Cashew Cinnamon Butter (561 kcal / 100 g)
Ingredients: 300 g cashews, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, a pinch of salt.
Manufacturing method:
1. Blend the nuts with the cinnamon and salt for a few minutes until smooth. 2. Add honey to the mass and mix.
Cashew butter can be stored for up to several months in the refrigerator.
Attention! The nuts should only be blended or ground in powerful appliances. Otherwise, the equipment will fail and it may be damaged.
